Owner's Representative

Our Role

Our primary role is to provide oversight and coordination of the project from the owner’s perspective to ensure that it is delivered on schedule, on budget, with the highest quality possible. We view ourselves as an extension of the owner and solely represent the owner’s interest independently.  We can work with your architects, contractors and other professionals’ already in place or we can draw upon our industry knowledge and identify and recommend those professionals that are qualified to complete the project.  Whichever way you opt to work, Mon & Associates Consulting Inc will put together a project team focused on the successful completion of your project.

Acting as an owner's representative, we can provide an overview of and make recommendations on a variety of business issues, as well as on contract matters, budget, proposed changes, schedule changes, time extensions and resolution of problems or questions that arise throughout a project's life.
We’ve worked on projects ranging from basic to upscale residences, boutiques, banks, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, retail stores, shopping centers, healthcare facilities, high rise offices, and other residential, commercial, and industrial projects are well within the experience of Mon & Associates Consulting Inc and its strategic alliance partners.
