Owner's Representative

Our primary role is to provide oversight and coordination of your project from your perspective to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule, on budget, with the highest quality possible. We represent your interest in interacting with third parties allowing you to concentrate on the big issues and your business. We can work with your team already in place or we can draw upon our network and assemble a team qualified for the successful completion your project.

As an owner’s representative, our ability to manage the variety of business issues and quantify the problems and timeline in a project is uncanny. We worked with a wide range of clients including residential, commercial, and industrial. Our clients range from boutiques, banks, cafes, retails stores, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, and healthcare facilities. The following is a sample of tasks we’ve performed in this area:

  • Organize, chair and represent owner at project meetings
  • Provide advice that help facilitate an economical, efficient development and construction procedures
  • Ensure potential project related issues are addressed and members of the project team are aware of their role and responsibility to the project
  • Act as liaison with the team and assist in the process of obtaining governmental approvals, authorizations necessary for the progress of project
  • Review and submit with recommendations periodic updates for owner’s approval
  • Submit insights and recommendations that could improve the project, cost, and efficiency
  • Oversee resolution of any conflicts uncovered during this process
